Ok last day of July... scary for me...
today was NDP Preview
today quite bo liao.. went to skss actually wan to get my trophy back but ms goh
so bz... shld have gone to punggol and see my kids... lol. then went to kallang
stadium super early... thot its free seating then can first come first serve... in
the end no... they packed everyone to the back then filled up to the front. i wanted
to sit in front so i could see RC cadets march in... i think muz sit in green sector
then can have better view... i was in blue. scary experience.
All the fireworks were behind me... and the aircraft.. i thot i went deaf... starting
asked us to wave the flag... so paiseh.. pple ard me also nvr do... i juz took out
the shaker can and juz shook it... quite a few gadgets... got one torch like exactly
like nokia 3220. i fooled my sis wif it. lol.
the show was great... the cadets get to do more things than me when i was in ndp 01.
we have to run out of the stadium... they can do some marching and stuff then run.
somemore wear gloves and no nid to carry bag. sitting there alone, i came out wif
some stuff i wanna achieve for NDP:
firstly, i haf been in a parade when i was a cadet.
secondly, i haf attended NDP as audience
next, i hope i can get to perform during NDP
and also to be instructor for NDP.
its really fun...
oh ya.. a lot of pple actually left after the fireworks... can understand la cos
later gena jam like siao... i was a victim... oh they gave out umbrellas to those
at the back cos all the fireworks stuff, they scared it may land on the audience.
i saw a few trying to bring the umbrella home but were stopped by the officers. lol
so malu... and kiasu. everything also wan to take... when a few pple opened the
unmbrella... i heard some aunties saying... how come they got umbrella... ladies,
they are for protection... not part of the fun pack. u are not 'loo-gee-ed.' aka
disadvantaged.
i was stuck at the overhead bridge for abt 20 mins.. very long. packed like
sardines... then i weave thru the crowd and walked so fast that i think i shld join
the big walk next year... my legs are tired... gotta retire liao... oh ya,
there was this girl who kept waving her flag and hitting my head... arghz. tell her
but she like dun understand eng.. -_-
