but before that.. muz say the vball training i had is getting better and more fun.
yesterday 'professionally' jump spiked one gd shot that sent my opponent sprawling
on the floor. and i gave two good sets for my team mate to spike. hee... haiz. now
haf to stop for a while cos of prelims... oh ya. my wrist hurts a little... ouchy.
