now that my colleague, jo is gone, i have to double up as the translator and 'speller' for my chinese colleague.

jo made it damn hilarious. but today i did meaningful translation. i had to do translate all the titles, ministries, departments, offices of the Chinese Government. improve my chinese and at the same time get to know the complicated government structure they have.

finally grey's anatomy season 4 dvd is out! this week i have been spending my nights watching dvd. first was the hongkong tvb series which was damn nice. i thought grey's finale trauma case was interesting but i would like to see something more bloody. love the part where they discovered bladder is the one that will cause complication.

was watching some youtube about a song composed for the olympics. 北京欢迎你。 beijing welcomes you. its a song sang by dunno-how-many singers. some thing like the sars song but i find it catchy. and stefanie sun sang that line beautifully. she also got selected to represent overseas chinese in a movie theme song 站起来 Stand up. it is a movie of a sprinter who remained undaunted while trying to get to compete in the olympics. all cheena casting.

and i think sharon stone was on some crack or something. how can she say that the earthquake was china's k****... its like getting herself shot. saw the angry comments on the video and one guy mentioned, if everyone of the 13 billion spit on her, she would be drowned by them. oops. not very sanitary.

shucks. tml have to hand in 2 chinese reports and attachment progress report. the EEE guys coming over to our place to adore our new dvd player and watch some chick flicks.
