..:: 465. The One With Mob TV ::..

wah mob tv has become my companion... watched fact or fiction again by kym ng finding out how true some of the internet claims that were made. i was quite shocked to know that coke (they use black coloured soft drink w/o label so can be pepsi, sarsi, etc) to derust nails and coins and it really worked. when added with mentos (the sweet) the reaction was a sight to behold.

watched the arena too where students from sec sch debate over certain issues each week. first episode was on 'good looks triumph over effort' with preposition team from loyang sec sch with 3 gals vs raffles institution. very interesting to watch but really admire them for the courage to be on tv and remain calm to deliver and rebutt... in the end, loyang sec won... surprisingly... but by a small margin 2 points

then when u watch chij st nic (preposition) and mgs...first speakers were like in a catfight. motion was about ' selfish, yes we are. our youth are driven by self-centredness alone'. mgs won by huge margin... i think SNGS lost it when they blurred the line between self centered and self interest.

did registration stuff for surf sweat... everyone so into soccer in the lounge. i was the weird one who wanted to get the work done asap. went back feeling weird. but happy to be on the phone with ... hunting for an apartment... :P
