Anyone here finds both mark lee and jack neo unbearable? please raise ya hand... i noe i did. I was having dinner and the 8pm show started. wanted to switch channel but well my 16yo-cheena-simple minded sister whined and warned me not to change channel. i was like 'wtf', u are willing to waste 1 hr of ya life watching the so-called 7th season of homegrown variety show.

Does mediacorp have any quality control? The show gets pple who are celebrity look-alike and went all the way to hunt for them in malaysia. in the end? all the 3 today dont even look like jackie chan, faye wong, celine dion as they proclaimed. and whats with jack neo finding problems understanding who's celine dion? is he so ignorant or hard of hearing? and whats with mark lee saying 'oh no, she dont look like celine dion, she looks like lion dion' -_-...???

to think jack neo opening up classes for scriptwriting when i had to shake my head in disbelief while watching his new drama adapted from his low budget movie 'the best bet'. Also, at the same time mark lee getting best comedian is nothing but a big joke of the century.

ya, they may have movies that go all the way to malaysia, hong kong, or even china, but they dont appeal to me... nice try for trying to make it big but i heard from my taiwanese friend that they stopped showing shows by jack neo team there cos they found it too boring and unoriginal. i rest my case.
