no. i am not in a shopping spree... on the contrary, i am actually on a download spree. not music or movies but

journal articles!

so expensive to sign up for a database so i thought why not download all the relevant articles before i graduate lol. especially those classic founders of theories...

been searching for relevant topics that could be useful in my career and self-development... topics like:

leadership
teamwork
self-efficacy
culture and self-construals
job performance and job satisfaction
organization citizenship behavior (tough to do in military lol)
counterproductive work behavior (easy to find in military)
selection & assessment
stress and coping

and a few more... cant believe i actually made folders for them. haha.

and i cant believe this is making me high! woohoo~
