tried to book my flight for sri lanka and wanted to use my e-voucher which was supposed to expire on 20 Aug. When I key in the details, the error msg was that the voucher has already expired..

wth.

called the operator who asked me to fill up the e-form and they will reply me in 2-3 days. if by then my voucher expires, who is responsible?

they better give me a free tickets to KL as the connecting flights.
