i need to collect my updated flight e-ticket, worried that they might close early. then have to collect some surprise, and i got my accounting project topic. yawnz. so sian to look at financial statements and have to derive so many things. lucky we managed to negotiate our fm quiz to only 6 chapters and it's MCQ. i have to extend my passport though it has 6 mths validity. i need to prepare my surprise. packed all my stuff and ready to go home tomorrow. need to take a cab home from school and i guess taxi fare is about 20+.
sian accounting project has peer appraisal and one of the criteria is attendance, sure mark down cos i cannot be present for meetings during the term break.
received an interesting mail from school admin:
Singapore Fashion Week 2007, to be held in October this year, wishes to appoint you as a host for their international buyers who will be coming to Singapore for The Designers Show.
Your services are required for three full days during the period of 12th to 18th October 2007. This is term time, but students who are selected will be excused from lessons.
Apart from earning pocket money of S$35 per day, you will get to play host to international guests, learn some business etiquette and protocol, and gain exposure to the fashion industry, merchandising, marketing and hospitality services. These are valuable experiences that will help you in your job search in future.
